I am often amazed at how swiftly they can fix perplexing situations. Some of our job-site people are technologically challenged, but Ace-IT walks them through the situation with ease and gets them functioning. I was referred to Ace IT by my daughter, who had used them in the past. I run a small company but had not upgraded any of the computer systems in several years and it was beginning to cause server space issues. Bill, the owner, was great. Right from the first phone call, he listened to what I thought I needed and offered me several solutions and pricing options, instead of trying to sell me some expensive package deal with things I didn't need. Scheduling was really easy and the techs were prompt and professional. I did have to call them back out for a computer glitch (which turned out to be caused by one of my employees) but Bill was able to come right away and had the problem fixed in minutes. I will definately be using them again for all of my IT needs.

Ace IT was exactly what our small business needed. They offered practical solutions and support, tailored to our business needs. The response time of their helpdesk, over the several years I worked with them, always exceeded my expectations. In most cases, my simple requests were handled within minutes of the ticket submission; if the request was more complicated and required an on-site visit, a member of the Ace team was usually at my office within an hour. I don’t know how they do it, being a small, local business themselves, but they always made me feel like our tech needs were their priority.
