I originally contacted Eric for 2 reasons; 1. I was frustrated with my prior "web guy", and 2. His local contact phone #, because I prefer local people. Anyhow Eric was a pleasure from the start, I confess I'm a little quirky and he adapted to my style and needs with grace and diplomacy. Eric Grossman, the proprietor of Acorn Digital Marketing, created our library site, the Manuscript Cookbooks Survey, which we recently migrated to a specialized library web provider. Our content is pretty arcane and it was totally unfamiliar to Eric when he started out. And yet, by listening closely, asking questions, and trying things out, he built precisely the site that we wanted and one that has attracted wide notice and stellar reviews within our community. Eric's patience, diligence, and good cheer, his competence, and his general ability to communicate, are exemplary—and rare in any business (and, I have a hunch, especially in his, based on my experience with web people over the past several years).
