After 1 year with Act-on we are moving on to look at other options. Their product is good but the company is poorly managed. Their staff is disengaged and apathy rules. We have invested an enormous amount of time and energy into this and can't even get our customer service rep du jour to return our phone calls. Pretty pathetic.
