If there were 6 stars, I would have given them 6! I can not express how wonderful a job Glen did for me. I had a very unique job that required Glen to go back and duplicate a job he had done for someone else and he did it flawlessly!Plus I am out of state and there is no chance of me doing business again. That did not appear to matter. Glen and Andrew were beyond perfect!If I ever move to Tennessee, I'm using Advance Signs for certain! david

Bought a box truck, called Samantha to see when we could get on the schedule, they were spot on with scheduling and did a great job with the truck. Very pleased with the way it turned out. They wrapped a service van for us last summer. Looks like we have found the people to keep our fleet wrapped and looking good.

These people are awesome! They provide excellent customer service and high quality products. Advance Signs has designed many logos for my companies, wrapped my vehicle and printed banners for several events. I can not recommend them enough!

Advance signs is my "go to" company for all my vehicle wrap advertising. They design, and apply in a timely, affordable manner. We also use them for our trade show needs with signs, tents, etc.

Update - Issue resolved as business took responsibility. They subsequently paid for repairs but the entire process was time consuming...wish I'd gone elsewhere and avoided the hassle. I took my "brand new" vehicle in to have the bumpers & hood wrapped. My vehicle was returned with damage to the paint on the rear bumper and damage to both bumper valances. The wrap had multiple defects, wrinkles, and wasn't even covering the entire area to be wrapped. The wrap literally looked like it was done by a child. The vinyl was also trimmed with a sharp object which cut into both of my valances causing permenant damage. I provided detailed pictures that showed the damage to the business owner & staff via social media and via email. It took several days for the owner to actually make contact. I called to try and rectify the issue but the owner David Tomkins took no responsibility and was unwilling to take time to travel to look at the vehicle. I later found out that the employee that installed the wrap was injured with a broken hand. So he basically performed the services with one hand. The staff did not give me an opportunity to go over the vehicle in detail because it was heavily raining at the time. The staff just took my money, threw me the keys in the rain and didn't even go over the installation or care of the vinyl. Looking back, I can now see why they were in a rush. So now I'm out $500 for the wrap and have over $1100 in damages to my vehicle. So now my only recourse is to dispute the charge, send a formal demand letter and ultimately take these guys to court. My review/recommendation on the Facebook page of Advance Signs & Graphics (Lebanon, TN) under the comments section has pictures of the work & damage.
