Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with my whole life I have called several times and have been promised 4 different dates I would get a trash can. Yes this is for new service. Well yesterday was the 4th promised date and low and behold I still have no trash can. These people here to need to be retrained and if lying is what they like to do they need to become a lawyer or politician. I'm past fed up and sick of being nice to these people

Horrible, horrible service. They have missed our house several times already and then make terrible excuses on why they missed it. We are basically paying for our garbage to sit at the end of our driveway. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Horrible service,.No rather no service.I have tried since May 2019 to get a trash can for new service.I have received 2 bills now and yet no trash can.I have called numerous times spoke with many people. I stopped a trash truck driver and he could not explain it. One day I had a Advance truck directly in front of me with a trailer with 8 new trash cans to be put out.They drove directly past my road and I did not receive a can that day either.Cannot get anybody to do anything for me.How is it companies like this manage to get contracts and not have any penalties for non-service?

Our trash has not been picked up in over 3 weeks. We have submitted complaints through our online account. We have called multiple times and begged and pleaded and most recently were told we would get a $5 credit on our bill for the missed pickup. Each time we are told it will be picked up tomorrow and they are so sorry for the inconvenience. I don’t want $5... just please pick up our trash since we pay you to pick up our trash. It’s absolutely disgusting.

They tore my trash can up and took it with them so I called to get another can delivered. It's been 3 weeks with no can and they don't pick the bags up off the ground they leave them there! Needless to say I'm still paying!!!! Poor service

I scheduled in April for service at our lake house to begin May 1. I have been here on two occasions since that conversation in April. The can was dropped off, but I have not had a trash pick up at all. I have made multiple calls and attempts to have this corrected. I spoke with someone the Friday before Mother's Day and was assured that it would be handled by the following Monday. It was not handled by Monday, nor was it picked up on it's scheduled pick up day of Tuesday. I arrived yesterday and started calling again. I need to leave and return to my home in Birmingham this afternoon. However I feel responsible for the neighborhood and our lake and do not want to do so until this trash is picked up. It is being drug across neighbors yards by animals and is full of flies and maggots. I need a call now to find resolution in this matter.

Leaves trash blown all down my road. An older couple I see walk up and down to pick up the trash to keep it cleaned up but the trash truck just blows it back all over the road. County Rd 459 in Coosa county. Please leave a post about your issues!

Advanced Disposal services are wonderful. Love the email alerts when pick up dates are changed and that you can count on them being on time. Everyone there is always very friendly and helpful!
