Air Industries is absolutely terrible when it comes to employment/job security. They pretend to be recruiting and post jobs on job sites which they never recruit for. They will ALWAYS recruit Temporary staffs from agencies and after few days or months, they terminate/lay you off. You can NEVER get a permanent employment in this company no matter how good you are in your job. Management is terrible. They will lay you off even if you have worked with them for 50years. Company believes in cheap labour. If you are looking for a permanent employment, please look further. Take your skill and experience somewhere else. Not this company!!! Horrible is the word!!

This place is the most unprofessional place when it comes to aerospace it’s no wonder they’re going to be loosing contracts and laying people off soon

Mostly everyone is nice. Work is ok. Pay isn't great but they have ot.

If you need cheap parts for your airplane, sure go here. If your looking for gainful employment you would be better off going to any other place. AIC treats their employees like cattle and if there is any complaints their version of investigation may involve a question or two after the department head threatens you with termination if you answer might go against the company.

Horrible place to work at. The pay here is low and want you to do so much. Been there 4 years and got paid less then the people who I was training. Expect you to always agree with what the company tells you and if you are against them, they will find a way to fire you. Operations here are ran horrible. Company does shady work for their buyers. Thats why many contracts are being lost.
