We were customers for quite a few years and had problems from day one with connectivity, speed and other issues too numerous to mention ; but thought we had no other options. We were dropped last year because the owner claimed they could no longer "service" us; and we did find another carrier who we are satisfied with. The field techs have always been pleasant and helpful and would try to rectify problems we encountered; which was quite often. But the owner can be very rude and "touchy" and was not interested in providing the speeds and consistency we paid for. I don't see this company surviving once high speed internet expands to more rural areas. Edited for rebuttal: At no time did I post untrue things on Facebook about AirRunner. I had asked if anyone else was having trouble with their service; and never once bashed them; although there were negative postings from others. I "went away"(i.e. I assume, stopped posting) because the techs replaced my equipment and service was momentarily improved. I have the screenshots of the conversation to prove this. In this day and age I'm amazed any company would make a bogus claim when there are so many way to document a conversation. My review stands as fact. Stay away from these guys!!!

The internet service isn't fast and their staff isn't too friendly. (Update) I have had your service we switched to frontier because ur crappy internet service was NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I was not doing this for points.

I couldn’t ask for better service. If anything goes wrong, service people are here when they say they will be. Workers are friendly and knowledgeable. My internet speed is awesome. I highly recommend this small business.

I’ve called to have service at my residence and they never showed up. Let alone I called multiple times for them to show up or to see what was going on. Finally when I got someone on the phone(kelly) stated she was sorry and was gonna send a tech out on June 21, 2019. Had the feeling they weren’t gonna come and I was right she called and said they couldn’t come and was to be there on That following Monday. Well as to be expected no one showed up or called. I was a customer in the past and wanted to have their service again. But with customer service like this I guess I’ll never be able to have service. I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages and nothing yet. So very disappointed in air runner. Thought you would want to keep a previous customer happy or try and service them again. Would love to an explanation on this excuse of no calls back or showing up.

I'm a former Army Network Specialist and current IT Administrator who became frustrated with the low bandwidth (1.5 Mbps) offerings from Frontier. Great internet! There's nothing else in our area that offers this quality of service. The Airrunner team is the only ISP offering high quality internet service, with no data caps at reasonable places in our area. It took a few weeks from first contact to install, but the quality of the service makes up for it.Tech details from our connexion:15-30ms response time to Google's DNS (8.8.8.8), even when saturating our line.60-75ms response time to video game servers in Chicago, even when line is saturated.Download speeds consistently 10% over what were paying for.

This is the best internet service provider for our rural area. They provide unlimited usage at speeds needed for the average household at a competitive price. Like all ISP's there will be outages, but Airrunner provides great customer service. When we have had issues, there has been great communication from the company. The owner has even come to our home to diagnose, evaluate and remedy any issue we had.

Absolutely terrible customer service, I haven’t even received service yet and they won’t even call me back, let alone answer their own phones. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to call me back after calling for new service. Then had my site survey comepleted 2 weeks after they called to schedule it. And that was 3 weeks ago and still no call. You would think new business would be something they focused on. Piss poor overall.

This service is the best, we have been a customer for about 9 years and have nothing to complain about, sure it may have gone down once or twice a year for circumstances beyond Air Runners control, these outages were usually pretty short lived. I have experienced other services such as Frontier and Spectrum with outages too. I have never wrote a Google review until now but I just had to write something here. I just cannot believe all these negative comments, it is just so unfair in my opinion!

Dropped connections all the time, sometimes for a few hours, sometimes it's a few days. How does a business operate like this? You pay a monthly fee and still get charged a "service fee" for them to come out and fix their equipment. I have a feeling the company purposely disconnects you so they can come "fix" it. It sucks with no other option for internet service. Frontier and charter needs to service the rural areas! This company and satellite service are a joke.
