Man. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I want you to be smarter than me. There is too much to say...make sure you get a contract and some sort of 30 day warranty on your vehicle wrap or project. Poor customer service, money lost, and wrap is bubbling severely and I paid over 7k. It just hurts. Know ownership was taken. In fact I was accused of trying to hustle them and get them for money when all I wanted was a job done in excellence. Photos are attached. Job was not done as it should have been. Not a full wrap, decals were placed on the doors on top of the wrap, burn marks from the gun too close, bubbles everywhere. I was told to push the bubbles in...like what? These aren’t small bubbles and they can’t be pushed in. I’m sure they have provided great work before but man you have to take ownership of this. I cannot make this happen to the wrap it’s just poor install. So now I have to drive it everyday knowing all the flaws and eat the cost. Just bad for business. I wouldn’t personally recommend them.

Worst Customer Service ever! Came to pick up stickers but were not the right color, a Sassy lady came to help and instead of asking to re-do the color she states that that's the best their digital colors come out. She then gets sassy and says "let me explain!", do you understand?" I can't help you if you roll your eyes at me!!! Her unprofessionalism to her customer needs major improvement. Her face and her tone was so unprofessional and insisted they can't change the color. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!! Asked to see other others and she says the same thing that it won't come out the same color I want? Ironic, the color is a color that was agreed with the other sales person Pat! (who wasn't there) she then comes back and says "it seems you won't ever be satisfied!" grabs my invoice and says we don't need your service!...I asked for her name and she shakes her head saying "NO, I ain't giving to you!"..... She starts raising her voice at me . Her sarcastic attitude starts getting aggressive towards me. I then walked out. Come to find out she is the OWNER (FREDA HIPOLITO)... No class, unprofessional, no customer service and needs an attitude adjustment. Never doing business with this type of people. NO ALOHA!
