I had really high Hope's for this company. We had a bad experiences with another company for the past few years considering we get tshirts made up to 3times per year. I had told a representative that I was looking for a good company that we could use years to come. Everything was going good until 3 days before our event. I was told my tshirts would be ready by Thursday and my products would be ready by Friday. Mind you our event was on Saturday. I finally called on Friday at 3 in the afternoon because no one called me to let me know what was going on. One of our products did not get shipped out,even tho we were told they were. The shipping company still had them at their warehouse. Our tshirts we NOT done! And would not be done until 5pm that night. I went done to alphagraphics at 5pm just to be told our shirts were still in Rexburg and would not be in Idaho Falls until 7pm that night. I gave the rep my cell phone number and I told her we can meet at my work. I paid in full before I left. I waited and finaly 7pm came and I still not heard anything. I did not get our tshirts until 9PM!!! I was livid! Nobody called to tell me where they were or what was going on. I thought our tshirts were cute in the beginning but they were made very cheap considering some of them fell apart the first day. I was so disappointed. You would think this big of a company were do their best and exceed our expectations but that was not the case. I cant say I'm going to use them again or would I recommend them to anyone!!!!

They had great options and the rep made himself available to us to help at anytime. Price matching was a plus when it came to trying alphagraphics for the first time. It also helped that they had everything we needed in stock and were able to perform a rush job for us. Also, We really appreciated the call as soon as production was completed. Top notch service.

I am from out of state, and needed two black and white posters printed quick and at a good price. Alpha Graphics delivered on both. The prints looked amazing! Also, Sabrina offered wonderful customer service. She even helped me put the prints in the frames to ensure they fit. Would highly recommend!

I do a lot of work with Matt and absolutely love how good he is at communication. Always following up and is understandable when I am in a bind and needing something printed/ordered in a hurry. Thank you for hiring people like Matt who are easy to work with and understand exactly what we as consumers are looking for. The people are great and the pricing is right. Don't go anywhere else, you will be disappointed you didn't go to AlphaGraphics.

Initially had some shipping cost issues. Without even contacting, part of my shipping was corrected and refunded. Extremely happy about that. Also had some issues ordering business cards. Emailed them and the issue was resolved in hours, not days. Feel this company really puts the customer first. Very satisfied.

I was in a pinch and in desperate need of a vinyl banner for an event, mind you it's campaign season right now and I'm certain they're swamped with all kinds of political signs/banners. They went above and beyond and squeezed me in despite this. They were incredibly speedy and accommodating. Replied to my inquiries and gave me a quote within 15 minutes. I'm terribly grateful to them and will certainly be going back to them for my banner/signage needs. They had the sign done quicker than any other place I had asked.
