Feedback:

Hours say 8-5, so I made a 15 minute drive to come to the place only to find out that they were closed from 12-1. Very inconvenient.

Feedback:

We had a last minute large print job that needed to be couriered on a Saturday. The AlphaGraphics team was very helpful and got my order printed and delivered. They kept me updated through the whole process. I will definitely order from them again!

I have had the pleasure of being an Alphagraphics-Brandon client for over 5 years. The team has by far exceeded my expectations. My first need was what I thought to be a simple print request. From there our business relationship has developed into my utilization of their graphic design, literature printing, trade show booth design and build, display banners, office signage, business cards and so much more. Ronnie is more than just my go to for printing. I have called Ronnie afterhours in a state of panic from out of state trade shows asking for his last minute assistance and never once have I been told no or has Ronnie let me down. Alphagraphics - Brandon is the only print and marketing firm I would trust my business with.

Horrible experience. Bad customer service. NO FOLLOW UP. Informed them of a time sensitive project and waited nearly 2 weeks on "design cost" while calling every day because they never emailed back or called only to be told they can't do it. Would never recommend this place to anyone and hope they go out of business.

My confidence in this place is starting to decline. First project was 24 hours late, and the person assisting me could not comprehend the scope of my current project. Additionally, I attempted to call numerous times throughout the day and the phone immediately went to voicemail.

Disgusted at how this company has decided to do business. Placed an order thinking that I was talking to the same company that I have always dealt with. After weeks of not delivering I discovered that the people that I was talking to was in a town 45 minutes away and they were pretending to be the folks that I always dealt with. Luckily I was able to get intouch with the guys at Unlimited DPI (the actual people that I used to deal with) and cancelled the order with these impostors. I just cannot believe the level that some people will stoop to, just to try to make a buck.

Now Im not one for a bad review or to make a place out to be bad but its not the best place in my opinion to have photography printed out. Ive dealt with some amazing places for the same price and some crummy places that were expensive. When I first walked in a woman helped me out in which she had no knowledge of products, prices etc. When I asked for price sheets, sample photos, etc she looked completely clueless and informed me that there were none. The owner/manager came over and found them. To be fair she could've been new, no big deal. Second, they have a sign stating they don't do reprints and aren't responsible for any mistakes what so ever, luckily I spoke with them about that and arranged to come see the print before they mount it on the foam board. When I went to approve the photo it had raised spots in certain areas and a noticeable white spec taken out of the image which I noticed and the manager tried to shrug off. Saying it wasn't his fault and the printer paper is sometimes dusty and prints the image over the dust causing it to fall off when its finished. WELLL thats a responsibility as a business owner to wipe the paper before you print and shouldn't have even considered leaving it up to me to decide. A mistake is a mistake, hoping someone doesn't notice is not good. None the less they printed me another. Next they don't have an option for any hardware to mount it. Not a huge deal but a lot of other places less expensive and higher quality than this provides free mounting hardware and excellent customer service. Overall its an ok place but don't expect exceptional service (which I believe is needed in a business where individuals take their work serious)
