There was an error in the file I brought in and as I was contemplating, aloud, how to proceed, Chante recreated the file and printed it for me. She is a positive, dynamic, solution-minded person whom AlphaGraphics is fortunate to have on their team! I have worked with Chante in the past and she is always such a cheerful and helpful person! Highly recommend this place, this location and, best of all, Chante!

Shout out to Alex, he did a great job helping with some prints. In my experience, this alpha graphics location seems to be more timely with sticker prints than other in the Salt Lake area.

WORTH THE DRIVE!! I have worked with several different AlphaGraphics locations within the Salt Lake Valley. Without doubt, this location has always provided outstanding customer service in a way that makes me feel that they have been FULLY SCHOOLED in the Fine Art of Customer Service! Additionally, they care about their product offering, which I find to be exceptional. Add to that fair and competitive prices, and this location is tops in my book! Every time that I have had something printed it is beautiful quality- kind of expensive, but the location is convenient enough that I don't mind too much. I also have received emails or phone calls verifying my printing instructions each time. Once, however, an employee forgot to tell me the price before printing. This was not a big deal at all. However, when I went in and asked, "By the way, what was the price per page?" the woman ringing me up turned around and began to yell at another employee for forgetting to price check! It was terribly uncomfortable and inappropriate. Adults shouldn't yell at each other. You're grown up. You know better. Be kinder.

It's nice that this place exists. It's not often that I need these types of services, but when I need to cop, scan, fax or print, it is a great place to get these things done.
