I am a digital printer out in New Jersey. Due to the snow storm on Tuesday 3/14, I was not able to complete a job that my client in Palm Beach needed by Wednesday morning before the event. Everything was shut down here in North East region, so I googled the printing shop in the Palm Beach area and found Alpha Graphics. I immediately contacted them around 1:30 pm and Carolina was very helpful to help me out on this project. She and I talked on the phone regarding the project. We discussed what paper stock to use and how I should send the file. Once I submit the PDF file through email, she confirmed the receipt of the email and processed the job right away. The job was actually delivered around 5 pm on Tuesday to my client in Palm Beach shopping mall on Worth Avenue. The price is very reasonable based on the urgency of the matter. Myself operates the similar kind of business, so I know the price is good and I extremely appreciate how she handled the last minute rush request. I highly recommend Alpha Graphics as a printing service. Their friendly and prompt customer service are hard to find.
