I loved working with AlphaGraphics when I was handling marketing materials for my job. I worked with a woman named Brenda and she was always very informative, honest, and did an amazing job with our artwork. Everything that I needed was done in a timely manner. There was even an instance where they sent my design out of house because it had a special effect to it. For some reason the other printer got behind and wouldn't have my business cards ready in time for an important conference that we were heading to. Brenda called me right away and let me know what happened, and they printed some business cards for me there in the office so that I would have them in time, AND free of charge for the inconvenience! They didn't have the special effect of course, but they were great and did the job! I would work with Brenda and AlphaGraphics anytime.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now. I have been using this alpha graphics plano location for a few years and I am extremely happy with their professionalism, prices, and speed. Every single person that I've spoken with in the past few years has been a pleasure to work with. When I request a quote, I always receive it quickly. Emails and questions are also responded quickly. Even when the error is my own fault, they work with me to fix it. I use this both for my business and our non-profit. I highly recommend this company. Thanks guys!

Love, Love, Love the work that Alpha Graphics does for us! The customer service is amazing, the product is excellent. We use them for all our printing needs! Fast, on-time delivery. They beat the pricing of several vendors we looked at and have become our go-to for printing.

I just had business cards, flyers and brochures printed with this location and ALL of my projects came out wonderful. I called last minute and needed my things rushed and they made sure to meet my deadline. They even offered to deliver for me. I would highly recommend this location. The entire team is wonderful and very helpful!

I just had a set of cards printed here that are going to be handed out and filled in by conference attendees. I've never printed at this location before but I've had good experiences with other alpha graphics in the past so I decided to give them a try.I specifically confirmed with them before printing that the cards would be printed on 120 lb uncoated stock to ensure they would be easy to write on. When I picked up the cards they were printed on a coated stock and when I pointed this out the staff was dismissive and indifferent. When I said that they would be difficult to write on with many types of pens (because the ink will smudge) the employee just said "well I don't know what type of pens they have."Unfortunately the conference is next week so there is no time to reprint on the correct paper - or to argue with rude indifferent staff. I will never print here again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Run away from the AlphaGraphics. Over the years I used AlphaGraphics for many projects. This location has many problems, the first is they do not deliver as said / promised. I waited for 48 hours of a single change to artwork. They are very unprofessional and full of excuses. You be glad you went any where else.
