If you have the option of using Alyrica Internet, DO IT! I am SO impressed so far with this internet. We just moved to the country from in town where I had Comcast/Xfinity. That was fast internet but very expensive. Once we moved we were told our only options would be either Century Link (DSL) which had a pretty bad reputation for dropping out and being slow at best... or satellite internet which was much worse and way more expensive. Then we couldn't do Century Link because our house was still being built and we were staying in our RV with no phone lines. I need internet for my work, so we were using our phone hot spots with Verizon which was VERY expensive. Then I called Alyrica as I remembered my previous employment had used them since they were outside city limits.Alyrica sent someone out promptly and checked to see if we could receive their 'Fixed Wireless' signal. The answer was yes if the receiver was put in one of our tall trees. They came out and did that, and we quickly had very fast, RELIABLE internet! They also are locally owned and operated and I feel good about that. Their customer service in setting it all up was friendly, and called back and came out when they said they would. I would recommend Alyrica Internet to anyone! I seriously don't miss Xfinity AT ALL!

The Alyrica guys are awesome - super nice, intelligent, and helpful. I needed high speed internet for a job I was starting, and I called almost every single provider listed in Oregon to be told they can’t service where we live. The guys at Alyrica were the only ones who picked up the phone right away every time with a nice human on the other end, and the only ones able and/or willing to provide me with what I needed. Shane helped me with the lowest cost and most efficient plans and gave me clear time lines on when things would happen - I’ve never had an internet provider be so personal and accommodating (and not trying to get you to just pay the highest price possible). Henry came out for our installation and was even willing to help set up the software/hardware for my job with any extra time he had (same day’s notice). Having moved across the country to start a new job from home, I can easily say what started out as super pull-out-your-hair stressful became easy and pleasant all thanks to Alyrica.

I had DSL and a satellite provider for the fist 15 years we lived outside of Lebanon. I heard of Alyrica from a friend and got it love it now highly recommend it.

We were very excited to know that Alyrica had done some recent upgrades in the Berlin area (rural part of Lebanon). They sent out a really nice guy named Daniel Brooks to do a signal check & he found a good signal. We liked Daniel so much that we requested that he come out to do the install. He let us know when he was on his way and was very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. He had us up and running (internet) in no time. Matthew, Chris and Robert (office staff) have also been helpful and friendly. So far we are very pleased, great price, unlimited service and they do not throttle. At busy times, there can be some buffering, but who doesn't have that problem! We'll definitely be recommending them to friends! Keep up the great work Alyrica : )

Luke did a fantastic job. The install wasn’t easy. Our prior internet provider couldn’t deliver enough speed for us to make our internet usable. Alyrica is great with their speed, they don’t have data limits, and they have fantastic customer service. Thank you Alyrica and especially Luke for his great work.

Recently had a great experience with Alyrica. Out where I live, I have very limited choices to who can be our ISP, I am happy I chose Alyrica! Luke (the tech) came out and installed the dish and hardware exactly how I wanted it and in record time to boot. He thoroughly explained all the different service options and which router would work best for my house. After the install, he stuck around and did some speed tests to confirm we i was receiving what I was paying for. All in all, A+ customer service and A+ internet service! Thanks guys! Tyler
