Wow! just moved to pioneer in April. Got a notice on Monday that I missed a payment. Mailed it in immediately on monday, today is Friday and somebody drove all the way out to my house and left a note saying they will turn my water of on monday!!! One late bill, just found out on Monday. Who are these guys???? Can you say water mafia. Their water sucks!!!

the old website for paying online was not very good. the "new and improved website" was sprung without me even knowing about it. Think I have paid the same bill twice. Something stinks.
