I looked every whare in nc for a house when to 3 realter and she was the only one that help me was carol Anderson . She Treated me like family. Thank you so much .

Didn't show up for initial appointment!!! Didn’t call or anything. She said that was her son, not her & “maybe he wasn’t coming”. No apology! We had driven two hours from out of state. He arrived 20 minutes late. They didn’t order survey, didn’t call us back, we asked for survey again she never remembered our asking the first time with our offer. She complained that I called her more than once a day a few times in the initial process (because we live out of state), called us nasty people, then flipped it weeks later that I needed to call her, not her call me. I know because her phone wasn’t turned off & she was talking to office staff!!!!! No apology then either. She said “well, I didn’t know that you could hear me.” We canceled a cash offer on vacant land. I’ve bought & sold almost 8 properties worth almost 2 million in the last 2-3 years. I do NOT recommend Anderson Real Estate, try ANYBODY else.

The Anderson's and Jennifer are great people and will do anything to get you in the place you desire or sale your property. They are some of the most friendliest people you will meet. It is a family run business and they are very kind and understanding. If you need a place to rent, land to buy, house to buy, and house or land to sell then these folks are your go to people!

Unfortunately it didn't work out with this realtor. There was problems with the house. There were also problems with boundaries and lack of privacy

My experience with Anderson Realty was superb. Carroll and Dru were fantastic to work with. They were compassionate, professional, reliable, and worked hard to overcome many obstacles with the sale of my house. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I bought my first piece of property from them 15 years ago, and there was no question who I was going to hire when it came to selling my house and property.

Carroll's real estate experience is very good. When I sold my home interest rates were going up but within a few days I bought my house, closed, and moved in in 3 weeks and 4 days.
