Feedback:

I set up an account with Andise on its website. Decided not to use it. I have no further plans to buy directly from Andis. Wanted to delete the account but could find no way to do it. Asked customer service to help. The rep said it was just a registry and my name and email could not be removed. She was curt and abrupt. I pointed out that the website says "account". No help no apology. You can probably buy directly from Andise without "registering". Unless you are ok with your info being handled this way, it probably isn't a good idea to set up an account with them.

Feedback:

I've been grooming for 16 years, always had Andis products, and their quality has really gone downhill. Not to mention - I called their customer service line, and they were rude and condescending. They definitely don't stand behind their products anymore. Groomers beware- their clippers won't last beyond a year, even with the best maintenance, and their blade drives are now garbage. I am switching everything over to Wahl, who offer 5 year warranties.

I just used Andis 7 in 1 liquid to clean my clipper blades. Wow! I love this stuff. All that hair on your blades upon using 7 in 1 will come off. It did for me. I'm very impressed. Very pleased with my purchase

I bought a pair of Andis for my Shih Tzu. I barely got through one full shave before the motor stopped working. When I finished I cleaned them by the instructions. I just went to shave him again and they won’t work at all now. I can’t find the receipt so I wasted between $40 and $60 dollars on something that I need.

I bought the curved side curling iron in March at a local Walmart for around $30. It worked great for several weeks and then would not stay on. Realized it was a bad cord. After going back and forth with customer service I was ask to return it they had one in stock to send to me. So I returned at my expense (almost $8) to be told "oh, we don't have any in stock it will be 2-3 weeks, sorry". I get the same answer on a weekly basis. My money can't be refunded because I can't find my receipt. I truly liked the product but now I just want closure. This is not the way to do business. Either send my money back plus the cost of returning it to you or send me a new one. TIRED of this - going on 6 weeks now.

I order replacement hair dryer combs specifically for my hair dryer and they did not fit at all. Not worth the time and money to send them back. I do not recommend ordering from this site.
