Terrible customer service and outrageously priced.

Wish I could rate a zero. Terrible customer service! My bill is $800!!! That is absurd! All previous months have been $30. Called a plumber in to check it out and I was told I have no leak, must be a faulty meter. I call Arizona Water Co and they tell me that it not possible to have a faulty meter and I must pay the bill now. No help whatsoever.

Not very secure with this company yet. Customer service is not experienced, just to let you know they give windows for any service calls, and don't show up. To my opinion , I will not recommend this company to anyone!

After calling in and speaking with the manager we found out that our water was supposed to be turned on but a tech didnt complete the task. She had a tech return and complete it refunded the same day turn on fee.

Place is a racket, purposely change billing date to make a fortune in reconnect fees. They will turn off service the minute you're late, take their time getting it back on and require you to go in and talk with one of their rude staff to restore service. I need an accountant and a mathematical algorithm to figure out when my bill is due and stay on top of it.

I thought Washington state had problems, but now I found a water company off the charts! My daughter was renting a house I owned and when I called to find out if she'd given notice so that they could send me the bill, I was told that this was personal information and they could not tell me a thing. I mailed them a notice to 2380 W. Southern and a month went by when it was returned. I called and was told that there wasn't a mail box there and to send the info to a P.O. Box number. I did. They sent me a new form to fill out and she kept asking for more info. I am 90 years old and handicapped. Getting water turned on at my house is like climbing Mt. Olympus! It's October 1st and there's still no water turned on. My husband has been over there painting w/out water. Like the one person above said, "If I could give them a zero, I would!"

I've been with the Arizona water company for over 3 years now, I have never had my water shut off even after being a few days delinquent. They seem to be reasonable with their late fees and giving you time to pay, nothing but good to say about this company.

BEYOND TERRIBLE customer service, overpriced reconnection fee, the service technician's never show up when they are supposed to, the billing cycle (is 30 days or less) and will turn off your water if you try and argue with them about them being in the wrong. Can't pay my bill until Monday now! If I could give a zero star I would
