One worker lied about prices and when I went to retrieve my computer I was not allowed to get it until I paid this new price. They did no work on it and then quoted me at 238$ to fix the screen. Eventually got it fixed NOT AT AROOSTOOK TECH for 80$! Do not recommend. Also the lady in the front, Judith maybe is her name, is very rude and power goes to her head. I will never recommend this place and everyone it’s way cheaper to travel to Houlton, or Fort Kent, or Bangor well worth the trip to not have to go here. Or find a private citizen to do your repair.

I called to set up internet at my house. I was told that whenever they ‘got a call near my house’ they would stop by to see if internet was possible. They never gave a date or time and after numerous call to find out when they would show up, they said they cannot set up the internet. This was just over a two week wait without a call back AND they lied and said they called and left a voicemail, which they did neither. Needless to say I am glad we are unable to get internet and I will never recommend them to anyone.
