I have had two wonderful interactions with the Audio Advice team in Charlotte. I live an hour and a half west of Charlotte, but went to AA because I wanted some high quality components. My needs were not elaborate nor was my installation anything major like I know AA does, but I was treated with as much respect as the big guy customers. Zach set me up with some Klipsch speakers and an awesome higher end turntable. Brian came out and completed a Sonos system install for another area of the house and was extremely professional and competent in his work and very patient and informative when explaining everything to me. Everyone at AA is super professional. Each time I have called the store, whoever picks up the phone is a pro. If you want the best quality and professionalism go to Audio Advice. You won't regret it.

It's really hard to compare this company with any other electronics retailer I have worked with in the past, they are in another league. Yeah, most of their inventory can be had elsewhere, and sometimes you can find better prices. BUT, these guys offer EXCEPTIONAL customer service. If you need to work with a rep I highly recommend Mel or Jeff, both being very patient, prompt, and happy to assist - it seems like they have ownership stake in the company with the level of service they provide. Typically I go to the used market for gear, but I think I've found my go to for audio equipment simply because I know they will provide next level customer service and support. Can't recommend AA enough!

The staff at Audio Advice was great to work with. Robert was able to get me set up with the surround sound system that fit my room perfectly! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Then Brian and Chris showed up to install, and they did a great job. Quick, efficient, and they made sure everything was done right. Finally, Robert came to do final adjustments to the system with my receiver and it really took everything up another notch. Great experience overall!

John Wade and James Anglemyer did a great job installing my home theatre components. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job in explaining how everything worked and showed great patience in doing so.

Recommendations on products was spot on, and installation by David and Aleksei was the best we've ever experienced - they were professional, pleasant, clean and really helpful (gave easy instructions on how best to use our new equipment). We are extremely pleased.

I’ve used Audio Advice now for multiple projects over the past 5+ years. Both in a condo and in my current House . They did exceptional work setting my residence up as a Smart Home. Dustin Clemens the Lead designer of the project displayed all options to me clearly and informatively so I could make the decisions on what I wanted. In addition he designed a Home Movie Theater that was everything and more that I’ve always wanted. Incredible design features and attention to detail made for a special result. All in all the design team and A/V specialists (Dave & Chris to name a few) did an amazing job with my home. Very professional service was provided, which continues today if I ever have any issues or just want to have updates/improvements done their customer service is readily available and solid.

Second time in the Pineville AA store in the past two months and I must say, these guys are underwhelming when it comes to how they treat you in the store. You walk in and it's like you are interrupting them from something important they are doing back behind the desk. No one greets you, no one offers to help, they just ignore you, in a store void of any other customers. I wanted to hear some demos of amps and speakers... "No, we don't have such and such..." he says, followed by awkward silence. They didn't seem to have the time or inclination to show me anything or show interest in what I might be looking for. The guy even suggested I go to Best Buy. Huh? I was planning to buy everything locally from AA but now, not so much. If you're a guy like me, looking to spend a couple of grand on a sound system I hope you get a warmer response that I did.So AA... don't let me interrupt you with a sale. No, no, don't get up, that's fine. I'm off to Best Buy or Amazon.

Great experience with Audio Advice from start to finish. Our sales rep, Dave Jacobs, hooked me up with a Bluesound Vault after listening to my goals and also got me into an awesome Rega P3 turntable with associated phonostage. The installers, Dave, Chris and Brian were great guys and did a fantastic job, seamlessly integrating the new components with my existing system. I can see many return visits to these folks!

All of the best brands are hand picked by the team at Audio Advice. Zack is incredibly personable and knowledge - a true asset to the business. He helps customers evaluate their audio needs while explaining all the nuances of each and every system. Nobody delivers on service and quality like these guys!
