It is terrible that this company can call it self "Australian",,,, extremely poor customer service, low standard of service, extended waiting times to get things done (6 months plus), don't expect to get your website done quickly! But they are extremely efficient at taking you money... sometimes fraudulently... Stay clear of any company or any company that phones you. And don't give them credit card details....Hello Billy,As you know I have emailed (November 2016) asking for my website details so that we can move to another website hosting company, and as yet these details have not been supplied, yet your employees have time to send me invoices/ or contact me via the phone for further website hosting, yet no one seems to have time to give me the details I have requested. You yourself said that your web department would give this to me in November. We are still waiting...
