I have been coming here for years. Nisha and her daughters are the best. Nisha's work is more than satisfactory. I use to allow threading to be done in NY only but I like Touch and Glow even better. I always get what I want with satisfactory results at an affordable price. Love them!

Best place to get your eyebrows threading. The girl who did my eyebrow is professional,compassionate and efficient. She paid very close attention to details and made sure I was satisfied with the service. Highly recommend. My eyebrows looked perfect! The shop is very clean and pretty. You won't be disappointed!!

I had my eyebrows done today! Finally, I got the shape back!! People who work there are super nice and polite. Far less painful than other places I have been to and A LOT CHEAPER as well. They are great at shaping them. They also do Eyebrow tinting and other services.

I visited this place at Warrington yesterday. The place generally opens at 10:00 AM. I went at 10:35. I had to wait outside till 11:00 which I did patiently because somebody had forgotten the keys and they were locked out. They have an offer on Tuesdays that if you get services done worth $50 you will get a discount of 10%. I got services worth $80. They forgot to give me the discount. When I called back, the man who picked up the phone told me that it was my job to remind them that I got services that went beyond $50 and they do not have to do it automatically. I was a first time customer and apparently they have been in business for years!When I went there to claim the refund, the man argued with me that if I went to a pizza place it was my job to show them the coupons and the same logic applies here! I was apparently at fault for not reminding them. It was not a coupon in this case! It was just a discount offer. If someone goes to Kohl's and spends $50, do they have to remind people at the check out counter to give them $10 cash back? I am a level headed customer and do not scream customer rights every time something minor goes wrong. I generally have a high level of tolerance for human errors. That is why I waited patiently even when I had to wait outside. But I felt that the way this human error was handled was highly unprofessional. He was argumentative with a first time customer. I should have driven away when I first found out that they were locked out. I am telling all my friends not to visit this place.
