I walked in to B-H to sell my property. I saw their 5 star rating online, so I went.I met Bobby Ditmore, who was affable, easygoing, and seemed knowledgeable. We talked awhile and I gave him details of my home: a low-buck fixer upper. We set a date for him to come by and assess my property. A half hour before the scheduled time, he sent me an email: "running late".Two hours later: "need to reschedule". I then called his cell and left a message: "give me a call. If you don't care to sell a doublewide needing a roof, I get it. Just give me a call". I've heard nothing. If there was an emergency, car accident, I'd be totally sympathetic.My assumption is that a low-buck deal isn't worth the bother, nor a call to beg off. That's human nature and the reality of making money.

It is rare for us to take the time to write a review, but Ray is absolutely one of the friendliest as well as honest individuals we have ever had the pleasure to working with on purchasing what is our tenth home over the last 42 years of our marriage. We were extremely impressed with his response to our needs and help in accomplishing the desired home we wanted to obtain in Bryson City, NC. His dedication was outstanding, beyond our expectations. We are very particular and had many doubts, especially with the thought of taking out a mortgage at this point in our lives. I can say with all honestly, his solutions to our needs eased our minds. We are very thank you and very pleased with our decision to purchase this beautiful home with a spectacular view.

Our first purchase in Bryson City was in 2008, and Peggy Jennings was working with the seller. My wife and I were so impressed with her ability and great personality that we got her contact information. Since then we've completed three other real estate transactions...all with Peggy. Her local knowledge, work ethic, and vibrant personality make the whole process so easy. We wouldn't think about buying or selling anything real estate related in Western North Carolina without Peggy and Prudential.

We just bought our first home and were a bit clueless about the process. Peggy Jennings was extremely helpful in educating us along the way, making the process a joy! She had a reliable reference for a inspector, appraiser, mortgage maker and many other professionals that the process requires. They were all great and it was a huge help not having to search them out and fear we were being taken advantage of. Peggy Jennings was not only fun to deal with but she was also extremely knowledgeable of the area and the purchase process. Considering we live in another state we had to rely on Peggy to handle all the closing items. We trusted her and she did not let us down.
