If you just happen to need an industrial sewing machine while you're there, well, they can help you with that too. This is the kindest group of folks under one roof. I got a screamin' deal on an amazing sewing machine and I can't wait to go back.

Not only did they repair my machine, they have a wide selection of fabric, notions, and thread. It's obvious that it started as a machine repair shop and has evolved into both a machine (commercial and domestic) repair and fabric shop.

We drove 3 hours to Bill's Sewing Machine company knowing exactly what we wanted. It was very nice working with Mr. Jones. He provided fantastic customer service. We got exactly what we wanted and had a great shopping experience. Would definitely recommend this shop!

Left Brother embroidery machine for cleaning. Upon returning home the machine worked for 30 minutes then broke a part inside. Machine worked fine before cleaning. I returned the machine and was told basically that I am SOL. I now have a $1500 machine these people destroyed. Take your service somewhere else.

You can go back years after you purchase a sewing machine from them and they help you the same as if you bought it the day before. Also, they sell you what you need for your application--they don't try to oversell you. First they find out how you are going to use it and then they show the appropriate sewing machines. A trustworthy dealership.
