Feedback:

Sends you an unsolicited marketing email disguised as a recent Google review. Uses an actual review from your business (in our case, one that was left 3 weeks ago) to make their email look legitimate. The email does have BirdEye branding on it but, in my opinion, it is clearly designed to look like an official Google email as an underhanded trick to garner unsuspecting clicks.
