Homes are stick built. And you can build a home for what you pay for their prefabricated homes. Good for a humting camp , designs have alot of dead , unlivable space. Do your homework first on pricing and what you get for your dollar...

I can appreciate the website design. Very straightforward pricing and LOVED the 3D tours. Now the bad part... I had to email them twice and fill out a "Contact Us For Price" questionnaire over the course of 2 weeks for me to finally get an Automated response. Then, the email said someone would get back to me in 24 hours and it took another couple days after that! When I finally received the phone call she had to leave a message. I called her back and got some sort of assistant who said she would relay the message and then no one EVER called me back!!! And that was a couple weeks ago. Really not pleased with that experience.

Went to an open house and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The manufactured homes were very beautiful and reasonably priced. Lots of customization options.They also work with CNB Bank to help prospective buyers apply for a mortgage (of course you can choose any bank).The homes were immaculate and well decorated. A lot of care and effort was used in setting them up. Very much appreciated.

The only good thing i got was the floor design i will take it elsewhere and get something similar. I will do business with people who dont care and try to push you out of the door as fast as they can.
