One word to describe Lola Visuals - fantastic. Joe and Dave are consummate professionals who, from the first tour of the venue, did everything they could to make the big day as special as possible. During the ceremony and reception, they were discreet, getting excellent footage without being disruptive. In addition, they helped make sure that everyone was in the right place at the right time to take photos and keep the day running smoothly. At some weddings we have attended, the photographer/videographer has been "in the mix" in a bad way, but the Lola team team managed to get amazing footage without being in the way of our guests. The pictures and video they took came out excellently, and will be a treasure for years to come. Any couple should look into bringing Lola on for their wedding - you won't be disappointed.

Oh my gosh, what an amazing experience we had with Lola Visuals! The guys were very professional yet relaxed and ready to adjust to the events of the day.We opted to splurge on videography vs. photography for our wedding because we wanted to share our special day with our future children in a way that felt more alive. I'm so happy we did because we watch our videos.... the highlights and the full ceremony quite often and it brings us back to the best day of our lives every time. We are soon going to have our first child and will be contacting Lola Visuals to see if they have any creative ideas for how we can capture baby's baptism on video (which will be on our 1 year anniversary). What I love most about Lola's services, is how creative the team is... as a bride I was able to just spend the day with my husband and our families without worrying if the guys were going to miss something. It was a perfect balance of let's do a few things purposefully (interviews) and let's just let the cameras roll. They obviously knew what they were doing and I had full confidence in their creative abilities.My husband and I highly recommend Lola Visuals!

David and Joe just finished filming a video for the organization I work for, Healthy Northland. After seeing the work they have done for other local nonprofits and organizations, we knew our story would be in good hands.I traveled with Joe and David to 8 shoots in the seven counties of Northeastern Minnesota. There were many long days (up to 8 hours of shooting) and long drives. In addition, our organization is incredibly complex, so our shoots varied wildly in setting (schools to homes to businesses) and content (healthy lunches to breastfeeding to biking). Throughout it all, Joe and David were the perfect team for the job. They communicate well and clearly and showed a strong interest in our project. They were prepared and professional at every shoot. They put interview subjects at ease and are dedicated to getting unique shots. Equally important, they are fun to work with. I can't wait to see the finished project.

.The team of Joe Olivieri and Dave Cowardin at Lola Visuals first approached HDC in the fall of 2013 about doing a series of online videos telling peoples stories about people whose lives have been affected by Mental Illness. From that grew the Call Me Mental project. From its inception, Dave and Joe demonstrated an incredible eye for making very impactful videos that covey very difficult subject matter if a thoughtful and visually appealing manner. Now two years later we have an incredible body of work for this project that exceeded our wildest expectations when we started.Many videographers can shoot great video. A smaller subset can combine great videography with excellent editing. They have worked with HDC's clinical staff to ensure the material presented was not only great looking, but medically accurate and insightful in it presentation. They have been dogged in their pursuit of each episodes topic and truly capture the intricacies and interconnectedness of the subjects.They are timely in their work, scrupulous in their attention to detail, and very reasonable about their billing.I would highly recommend Lola Visuals to any individual, couple, company, or organization that wants to tell their story and document those aspects of life or business in a video project which will have has a lasting legacy and powerful impact.

Lola Visuals recently did a full day of videography for my wedding, as well as a slow-motion video booth at my reception (how cool is that?!). David and his assistant worked so hard to get so many amazing shots, and they didn't miss a thing! I can't wait to see my video - I know it's going to be amazing :) And the slow-motion video booth is going to be hilarious - the props they had were awesome and everyone got involved!! Thanks again Lola Visuals!!!UPDATE: I received my wedding highlight and the slow-motion video booth videos, and O M G they are AMAZING!!!!!! I can't stop watching them. And ALL of my friends and family keep gushing about how great of a job that Lola did. I've had multiple people say they want to book them for their future weddings.
