BrightStar has been wonderful in finding what I wanted in a care giver. I am so pleased with Cheryl! BrightStar will offer what you want in a care giver, companion, etc. BrightStar delivers what they promise. Sadly I went through other agencies before I found BrightStar. Other Agencies promised, but did not deliver. Save yourself from unnecessary hassles and stress, choose BrightStar.

Hello, MY name is Malikka Ferguson; a client of Brightstar Care. I want to first thank the young lady of whom I forgot her name apologies(but should be in my file as opening my case)Brightstar Care for helping me obtain proper care in as fast as days after my ex-caregiving company closed. I was first visited by a Brightstar employee that was prompt, kind, helpful and very informative. In as much as days I was enveloped with Jerome and Petra McAfee of what would say are the most professional, prompt, helpful, kind, and motivational employees that I've ever had since becoming disabled. These 2 give me compassion that I have never had from a Home Health Care Agency, I actually thought that professionalism was gone until this mother and son do came into my life. I have talk about your company and hopefully more clients will be coming your way. In advance I want to thank Brightstar Care for helping my last days be the brightest😘

Brightstar has been fantastic with providing my son with excellent care. My son has been in and out of the hospital due to health conditions and Brightstar has been there every step of the way. His family caregiver Darlana is amazing. I can't say enough about the whole staff and their patience and care. Our family is very pleased 😊

My name is Robert Hartman, I have battled cancer along with other health issues. My Son Chris left his full time job about a year ago to help me with things I couldn't do anymore myself. Brightstar has been a blessing for myself and Chris. It’s a great company and for them to hire my son to take care of me was really remarkable. Wonderful company to work for! The owners and staff really care about their clients and have always gone above and beyond to ensure clients aren't left without care. I also feel very valued as an employee. They really set the bar high when it comes to home care.
