If I had to choose again, BrightStar Care would still be my choice. The administrative staff is friendly and competent and all the caregivers have been wonderful. There is one, in particular, Jenny Sanabria, who is outstanding. Two others who are doing a wonderful job are Kathleen and Monime.

Not happy.with the service at all!!.. inconsistency in keeping steady care givers, lots of call outs &, I had no one to take care of my mom for almost a week. Simply one of the worst companies you can get to take care of van elderly love one.

I don't know where to start! Had a buddy detoxing in a hospital in rural PA and didn't want him left alone until I could get there from business trips to sit with him. Was referred to BrightStar and can't believe the service and love they showed my buddy.Called at 3:30pm and said I need someone to sit in a hospital room with him the next two days. Within 3 hours they had a nurse there (Christine) doing an eval and at 8am in the morning had a companion (Rosemarie) in the room chatting him up and taking his mind off the pain and anxiety he was experiencing. Even brought an electric razor for me (I paid for it to buy) as my buddy wanted to shave as it had been 4+ days.Anything I asked for they did. Rosemarie is not a wallflower and engaged him in conversation on a variety of subjects and kept his mind off his pain for 2 days. He loved the attention and not being alone going through a very difficult time.I couldn't happily recommend an organization more run by a wonderful CEO (Diana)! How many companies do you deal with the CEO? Yeah, I thought so...none....what a company! Every organization needs to take customer service lessons from BrightStar. If you want a group to treat your loved one like a family member and show them love, you need to call BrightStar. I couldn't be happier. Thank you BrightStar for helping save someone's life. You are the GREATEST!!!!

Consistency is a problem with maintaining recycled in home care employees not for all but some, switching up the employees that don't know what they are doing as far as the job description is concerned only upside is these employees are very friendly just don't like seeing new faces every week we need people who are consistent

Great place to work, I've been in school for 2yrs and I'm still able to work full time hours! Apply if you need something flexiable. Good people to work with and they keep local so you're not going out of the way

Outstanding Care and attentiveness by Lynn Jeffries. Thorough, prompt and completely reliable. While I hope I never need their services again, it is good to know that they are only a phone call away.

Brightstar has been a God send to our family. They provide our son with weekly infusions and they have been the most professional and supportive agency we ever had. The staff are caring, kind, patient and take care if our son like it was their own child. I would highly recommend Brightstar to anyone. Our family wouldn't know what we do without them!

I need to share that this is the finest agency that I have worked with for my mother. They are dedicated to their clients in all ways. However, my deepest gratitude goes to Rosemarie, my mom's aide for the past seven months. She has never let us down and is a cheerful, sincere human being. My heart has been so touched by this woman's dedication to my mom and when this is someday over, I will forever hold her in my heart.
