I have been using Broadly for a few months after realizing my business is alll word of mouth and review generated. I looked at many of the review companies and by far Broadly's support on the business end, ease of clients to write the reviews, the straightforwardness of the app to navigate makes in user friendly from all angles.Is it more expensive.. yes. But to get the review that generateg more business is worth it's weight in gold.Then recently I found it has added features such as an integration in the software I am using as well the ability of super easy text messaging with clients and invoicing capabilities! It is really a very good small business product and worth the expense.

THE best money we’ve spent in our first 8 months of operation. In a short span of time we went from 9 reviews to 34. The chat function is a service that clients really appreciate and compliment in regards to its professionalism. There are other companies that charge you a fortune for what Broadly does. Don’t be fooled. Go with Broadly. So long as they continue this level of service, we’ll never stop using them.
