The platform is still under development, but the work so far has been well-received. The team has a high level of expertise and is able to offer solutions to all requests.

They should always available on chat and for questions and meetings, and needs to properly manage their own team.

Broadway Infotech is building a mobile and web patient care platform for iOS, Android, and all main browsers also. They provided end-to-end design, development for the platform and will offer support once it is live.
What was the best part of the experience?
Their customer service is so active and helpful and their generous way of talking helped me to understand my website and mobile app progress.
What would you change about the experience?
They should increase the number of customer service providers to communicate more conveniently which will help them to communicate with.
