They had my son's go kart body for 3 weeks and it still wasn't done. The first week I had text the owner and he said they would try and get it done before close of business Friday so I could get it for my son's race Saturday. Go to pick it up and his workers, although very nice, had no idea and had not even began to think about it. Then dropped it off for 2 weeks since my son didn't have a race the weekend of the 4th. Even had a chit chat with the owner for a while. Text and called a few times to no avail. Drove over since it's Friday and my son has a race tomorrow. The only thing they managed to do was take my numbers off that I now have to put back on. I will not be going back and I'm not happy at all. I hear they do great work just don't expect them to have anything done in a timely manner.

Used this business to embroider my white lab coats. Did a reasonably good job in the past. The last 3 white coats were ruined. Lettering was crooked and half covered by the lapel. The lettering was paid for when we picked them up. We saw the poor work after getting them home. Brian agreed it was a botched job and agreed to replace the coats and redo the lettering. Weeks went by without the promised coats. When weeks turned in months he stopped being available and did not return any messages. I ended up replacing the coats myself. $450 dollars in coats - ruined. Brian, do the right thing, and reimburse me for the coats you ruined and the cost of the embroidery.

Brian brooks is the worse business operator I have ever run into went to pick order up its was wrong then the next 2 and a half months they lied to me 3 or more times had to travel 4 hours to show up at his business and they order was wrong again worse experi I have ever had with a so called business I have ever had sad when man LIES LIES LIES TO A PAYING CUSTOMER VERY PITIFUL MAN
