Burt's did a great job on my shirt order. Jane provides calm and excellent customer service, providing the proper expectations and firm quotes. Max in the art department improved a logo tremendously from a very low res. version I had. If anything, I could have tapped more into their expertise up front and done less work on the logos myself. Be sure to check their Pantone colors to make the job easier. Prices were competitive. Delivery was on time. This is the only place I'll go for shirts in the future.

I was disappointed with Burt’s, overall. Instead of a quick turnaround time, it took over a month to send blurry art proof of a shirt. I had to ask a few times if my order was lost when I never received a proof. I ended up ordering from another local shop.

Last December my boss gave our whole staff the best employee Christmas gifts. She had Burt's embroider our company logo into the comfiest scarf and beanie matching set. They ended up being my go-to accessories for the rest of the winter, can't wait to wear them again once it starts getting cold again!
