Shaking my head..I was told to hire a plumber to tell me what the psi coming into my house from your system is? I understand that a plumber is required to install a pressure regulating valve if the pressure is too high...but I would certainly think that Canyon Lake Water Co. would be responsible enough to tell me what the psi coming off their line and into my house measures without the need for me to pay a plumber! I already need to purchase a new water softener and it is suspected that the cause might be that a high psi is blowing the seals! I am of the opinion that Canyon Lake Water sorely lacks the SERVICE part of their name! Your easy way out is to advise us to "call a plumber" instead of stepping up to the plate! UPDATE: The plumber put the gauge on the water and the psi was SO high it literally blew the needle right off his gauge. The gauge was calibrated for 100 psi.

Rude, poor customer service. Been a "have no other choice" customer of this monopoly for about 5 years. Would definitely find another service were that an option.

Rates have more than doubled in the last t years since they took over. Big California investors stealing from the hard working Texas folks. Sad they can't earn their own money.

Extremely rude and unhelpful, i tried to set service up and it has been a hassle. I'm tempted to go outside and start diggging a well rather than deal with them, it would be less painful.

Front desk personnel are nice and friendly. However the CLWSC billing system is archaic. You cannot set up a new autopay account using a credit card. You cannot pay online with a credit card without paying an additional convenience fee. There is no option for paperless billing. This company appears to be behind the times and not particularly customer oriented. * Update: Julie graciously got management approval without my asking to combine all my accounts under my credit card autopay. What great customer service!

Terrible billing system. Bills routinely arrive with such a short deadline that online banking cannot meet it. Customer service is poor and indifferent. Infrastructure is inadequate to service well-known growth. Company likes to try to blame customers for its own failures. Company is quick to notify customers by phone and email to limit water usage but never bothers to let customers know when the restrictions are over. I would give them zero stars if I could. They don't deserve even one star.

I have never had a water company with so many issues. Essential indoor use only notices almost everyday. Since summer started and normal water restrictions have been in place I have not been able to water even on my normal watering days. If their water mains are this bad they should give you a notice when you sign up that anything you plant at your new address is going to die so just don't plant. I thought it was bad when we were simply just losing water at random time for a few hours but it's getting worse now.

I am new in Spring Branch..... I took the time to calculate all charges and to my surprise, the bill is over $40, I decided to check the complaints just to see if I was the only one experiencing overcharges .... my total for just last month is $171.82 and not counting the last 4 months..... I used to pay no more than $90, has anyone being taking the time to really calculate what they are charging? Is there really nothing we can do, I see so many complaints and CLWSC respond with the same apology and to contact the Cust Serv number.....We need to do something about it, this is unacceptable
