I have started my journey with Carney Technologies Services 1.10 years ago, it's a long time. I have joined here as a content writer and now, going to share some positive attributes that I have experienced during this tenure:1. The office timing is from 09.30 AM to 06.30 PM, and no one ever asked me to stay after that. Even if there is an emergency, the people asked to wait only for 5 to 10 minutes, not more than that. 2. The ambience is positive and the people are very friendly and co-operative. When I have faced any difficulties, I have shared it with my colleagues and they have always tried with their heart and soul to give me a solution. 3. And the management is available 24/7. They are always ready to hear your needs and difficulties and help you with this. 4. Besides, salary, there are several incentives. One can get I) extra 500 rupees for attendance and II) 1000 rupee for performance in each month. I got it several times. 5. Each employee is always asked to share his or her ideas as the management consider employees an inseparable part of Carney family. 6. Even during work hours, we organize small parties with soft drinks, snacks or something like that. 7. The birthday of each employee is celebrated to make him or her feel that he or she is an asset for the company. 8. From picnic to foundation day and Iftar party to Diwali, every occasion is celebrated with fervor, pomp, and show. In a nutshell, I can say that my overall experience in Carney Technologies Services is very good. And I am glad to be a part of this esteemed organization.
