I applied for a senior technical role and was contacted the next day for an immediate interview with a member of upper management. We talked for 3 hours. Then, I was ‘ghosted,’ follow-up email and voicemails went unreturned. No big deal I didn’t fill the position, but the lack of professionalism was unbelievable. It’s no place I’d like to work and I’m certain such behavior has been reflected in other areas of business here.

Great local company offering a wide array of business equipment needs. When looking for business equipment such as copiers, printers, and technology solutions in Columbia, SC this is the only company you should call. They have local people on the ground for customer support. I didn't know this but similar national companies don't offer local support, they subcontract! This is the only company I would recommend for business equipment.

Buying a copier specific to your office needs can be an overwhelming process, but having Josh Baulding walk you through the whole process is invaluable. From the first time I met Joshua, he was friendly, informative, and easy to work with. If you’re in the market for a printer, please reach out to Carolina Business Equipment and ask for Joshua. They even service their own machines “in house” as opposed to others in town who outsource, which is extra peace of mind!! I’d highly recommend this company.

We have been doing business with them since they took over for Docuquest and BY FAR this has been the best service in the industry we have received.
