We bought our Craftmaster sectional sofa from here!! From designing the layout, to picking out the fabric, all the way through the delivery process, it was a great experience! I have recommended Casual Designs to my family and friends that were in the market for new furniture.

BUYER BEWARE!The sales team will call out a cheerful hello when you walk in the door, which is nice. Browsing in the store is pleasant, as they have a lovely selection of coastal furnishings.BUT... that's where the niceties end. On March 9, 2019, my husband and I bought 6 pieces of furniture, paying over $7000.00 in full, up front on the day of selection. Two pieces we took off the showroom floor and brought home with us.The other 4 were custom ordered with the promise that we'd have them delivered by Memorial Weekend. "We deliver in 6 to 8 weeks", is what we were told, "Memorial Weekend is 11 weeks away, no problem!"After 5 weeks of no communication from the sales staff, I called for an update on our furniture. Staff assured me that our delivery goal would be met. 7 weeks went by, and then 8 weeks, and then 9 weeks, and still NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE SALES STAFF!After many phone calls by me, we had a delivery date of Friday, May 24th.Thank goodness, as guests were arriving the next day and we have no furniture to sit on or beds to sleep in.ONLY ONE PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS DELIVERED. WHAT?!?!! What a horrible customer service experience with this store.It is now mid JUNE and we still have not received the last 3 pieces of furniture. And here we are AGAIN, with NO CONTACT from the sales staff on the status of our order.Despicable, abhorrent, shameful.Management needs a bit of schooling on the art of retail services.

What a great place to buy custom furniture! Chris and John helped us through the entire process, guiding us through the fabric swatches, accessories/add ons and different layouts for our living room couches. We absolutely love the pieces we chose and we cannot wait to go back for other redesigns for the rest of our house! Their delivery people were on time and extremely careful with the furniture, making sure it was placed exactly where we wanted them. Best experience I’ve ever had with a locally owned furniture store. Highly recommend if you want to really enjoy the process of buying new furniture and not be bothered by pushy sales people.
