Though we are admittedly a small non-profit, CDR has provided us very effective ideas and strategies for advancing the mission of our organization.

NO STARS. I called and left messages several times with key personnel about retaining them for direct mail fundraising for our non profit organization. We have a 4 star Charity Navigator Rating and a gold Guidestar rating. We have been in existence for 30 years. I didn't even get the courtesy of a return call. I went to another organization and received prompt courteous service and a comprehensive proposal. CDR's failure to even return my call is unprofessional and lost CDR a substantial piece of business.
