I didn't know the first thing when it came to mortgages; so started looking for a broker to guide me in the right direction. The team at certified mortgage broker sat me down and explained the whole process from start to finish. What the different options are, and what they think would work best for me. When i left i started looking at other brokers, but none were as professional as Leon and his team, plus their rate was the best I could find.

Never had a mortgage prior, but was finally ready to move into my own place, only problem was I didn't know anything about mortgage rates. I ended up asking a coworker and he recommended Leon to me. I looked around at different brokers and honestly couldn't find a rate that was better then what the guys at certified mortgage broker offered me. Plus the service was quick and VERY professional. They answer every call and reply to emails within minutes.

Talk about professionalism. Don't really give reviews but with these guys I felt obliged. The team at certified mortgage broker is honestly outstanding. I sat there with them asking questions and they took the time to answer every single one and provide some tips. We decided on a fixed rate for me and I’ve been happy with the results since. If you’re looking for someone to help with your mortgage, id absolutely recommend them.

We needed a refinance and decided to go through a mortgage broker this time rather than a bank. It was our first time so we didn’t really know what to expect; but honestly, after this I cant see ourselves ever going back to a bank. Not only are the rates better, but the whole process is much smoother and headache free.
