Let me be clear - calculating an ROI on marketing spend is notoriously difficult, but Chair 10 has consistently followed up their activities with action, clear, timely and appropriate communication, and a level of flexibility far out of the norm. Their product offerings are always changing with the market (keeping up with the times!) - but they do not waste my time pitching untested or uncharacterized strategies. Highly / highly recommend you include them in your mix assessing new vendors.
