First impression phone call was good then we went in for a consultation to fix our website. The person who we were supposed to meet was not there. We met with someone else who has not even contacted us or followed up yet after 2 weeks. We left our jobs and drove 30mins to meet with this company. What a waste of our time. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Lack of customer service. I have proof the email they sent me with the time of the meeting 4pm, I even showed Anny this email and Never follow up with us regarding the project.Instead of being apologetic (Karen B. Sales and customer service team) keeps on arguing about this excusing their mistakes by sending passive aggressive emails. Even though I told her to stop harassing me. This clearly shows the lack customer services to the future clients.

Called a the whole sales team was in a meeting till close 5:00 pm. What? Calling on behalf of 22 agents. I do not understand why no one would be there to sell me on their services. I called you. Lol 😂 next!

They really took on our project as it was their own and they pulled through to the finish line. We are very happy with the website and lead generation campaign they created for our event. They used geo-fencing digital display strategy to target the attendees that we wanted for our event.
