Client Review on City Desktop Training

Unfortunately, I didn't receive the custom training as described, just the Wordpress Essentials package as offered in their class training, of which I had a fair understanding. I was expecting more personalised training including using my existing site, as described on their website. There was no discussion on what I wanted to achieve for the day prior to the lesson starting and although I mentioned working on my own site a few times, it didn't eventuate until the final hour and a half. The people were friendly and knowledgable but didn't deliver, and it was frightfully expensive for the little I got out of it. Overall, very disappointing.
