Our thanks and appreciation goes out to Eric Spatafore and his team for setting up all communication deemed necessary for Enliven to continue business whilst relocating to White Oaks. The timeframe of the project was incredibly short and we are truly thankful how smooth, undisruptive the process was to both Enliven, its patients and our community. 5 stars

CityNet is the best thing that has ever happened to the Snowshoe area as far as communications go. The internet is finally modern in our area and we are indeed on par with metro areas for speed. I applaud their efforts and investments in our area. I am thankful to never see another piece of paper or have to suffer through a call with Frontier. I will raise a glass to toast the giant killers.

My daughter has a business in Philippi WV and has used CityNet more than a year. During that time she has had one or two problems that required service calls. CityNet has always responded very quickly which is highly impressive (and cheaper) when compared to her former Frontier service. Frontier requires a customer to fight thru their phone answering service and schedule an appointment - usually days later. We'll take CityNet any day of the week! Keep up the good work!

At my workplace we where in need of some outside routers so we swapped over to city net. Worst decision imaginable. In my honest opinion it would have been better for the company to stick with using inside routers outside ever since we swapped to city net we’ve had nothing but issues half of the routers don’t even function. Everytime we call them they come up and one area gets slightly better then the rest of the place gets ten times worse. In my honest opinion their not the worst at what they do but that’s just slightly.

Horrible. My cable and Internet got switched over to citynet without my knowledge. Today my cable and Internet services where shut off, it took me a minute to realize due to the severe storms in my area. When I called my apparent new Internet provider,I explained that I had no knowledge of the switch and would pay on the 5th. Their night shift customer service representative Brian S. proceeded to tell me that I he would not resume service until the 5th and have it automatically cancelled if I do not pay. What really got me, was that when I asked him if he valued me as a customer. He told me no sir you are not a valued customer. 100% satisfactory customer service, this was The Worst customer service experience that I have ever had.
