The Pros:Employer is humble and friendly, always open for discussion and does not hesitate to share knowledge. Friendly and tech savvy colleagues, cozy and comfortable working environment. Being an intern here does not feel like a typical company intern that does jobs that no one else likes to do, you get involved in projects, discussions, post-mortems. Therefore you will feel belong, and having good exposure with overseas projects is definitely a plus.The Cons:There are room for improvements in terms of perks and benefits, however all expected necessities are provided. The company is growing, therefore working times can be slightly volatile.
