The quality of the work was high - the price was average. As a first time customer I was not made to feel welcome. I brought my work in on a flash-drive and was "fussed at" for not emailing my work (as a first time customer how was I to know their preference?). The staff were not friendly. As someone who is self-employed I try to use locally owned businesses whenever possible, but I felt as though they didn't really want my business. I will try to find a locally owned business in Hillsborough, Graham, or Burlington - a shame as I live here in Mebane and am a big supporter of the community's businesses.

Small business with excellent *personal* service. I had not submitted a print job there before and they kindly walked me through their file formatting and submission process. They made it clear, for example, if there were different ways an image could scale, so you knew exactly what you were getting. Our group has now done post cards, banners, fliers and business cards. Very satisfied with product and seemed to be right on target with pricing we had received from other printers.
