Feedback:

I can't thank Comforcare enough for the amazing care they provided for my grandmother. The office staff was so accommodating.Comforcare helped us find a caregiver who not only helped my nana with her everyday needs but gave my nana the sense of INDEPENDENCE she desperately wanted back. Our caregiver provided my nana with the confidence to get back into the lifestyle routine she once had. Comforcare treats your family like theirs and I think that is the only kind of service you should ever consider for your loved ones (let alone pay for). THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING COMFORCARE!!!! YOU TRULY ARE A GEM!!!!!!!! We are so lucky to have found you

Feedback:

I am an employee at ComforCare and wanted to take a few minutes to share why I love this company. When I started at ComforCare I didn't know that they would actually become part of my family. This job has been and will be a joyful one for me because of the growth and opportunities that I am provided. I have been ill, had surgeries, etc and they have always been understanding of any situation that would arise. Not only do I see how much they care about the clients but the workers as well. Phyllis you have been amazing with all of my situations and have always put my health first. I truly appreciate being given the chance to be a part of ComforCare. They have great pay, great hours. Tracey, Louis, Johanna, Thank you for helping me become the caregiver I am today.

Feedback:

Dan, Louis and the entire staff at ComForCare are amazing. We required round the clock care givers for our mother. The shift schedule was very challenging and confusing but they managed it beautifully. The care givers helped my mom with her mobility, personal hygiene, food preparation, companionship and misc household chores. They were caring and professional. As my sister and I live out of town, their team closely monitored the care for our mother. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and were always considerate, kind and responsive.

Feedback:

I cannot believe it has taken me this long to write a review for Comforcare. My grandmother, who sadly did pass away due to Lung Cancer, ended up having some of the best care possible from Comforcare and their amazing team. Ok, I am having a rough time as I type this, but here goes... mommom was overweight and was bed-bound and in hospice at home for SEVEN months, if you can imagine. This means she could NOT get out of bed. She actually needed TWO caregivers a day to help care for her. She also was sent home from the hospital with a catheter- drainage tube from the fluid in her lungs. She needed Oxygen treatments, and she had an open wound from the major surgery she had to stave off a major infection. We had some amazing women and men help mommom that the comforcare team hand-picked. Believe me, I had enough experience with other companies and their quality of staff to know the difference. Scheduling (Thank you Phyllis!!) was also not easy as she had morning shifts and evening shifts along with the overnight caregiver. One thing is that being in bed for 7 months, one could easily develop bed sores, but their team was highly trained and attentive. There was never any issues with bedsores or anything of the sort. Any questions, or issues about anything at all was brought up with anyone at their office and quickly remedied. One of the evening shift ladies, Jody, was extra special and she was just getting her nursing license. Mommom was a special case and I knew this woman stood out from the crowd, and mommom needed someone like this. She was only part time, but I singled her out ( mommom loved her and she loved mommom too) and I asked if she could be " the one" . Somehow they worked their scheduling magic and Jody became our main caregiver. I truly believe that Jody's love and special care enabled mommom to live longer than she would had otherwise, And what I do know for sure is she was HAPPY. If anyone is wondering how someone living through 2 kinds of cancer, in and out of rehab, a nursing home, and almost dying from an infection from a catheter due to negligence...then MAJOR surgery, being in Intensive care for 10 days, finally being sent home on hospice + having to stay in bed not getting up for 7 months could be happy at all? It was my mommom, and I truly believe that Comforcare and all their amazing office staff (Phyllis, Tracey, Johanna, Louis, and Dan) and the amazing team of loving caregivers at Comforcare helped make it so. Thank you thank you. You are forever in my heart.

Dear Dan, Phyllis, Tracey and Louis, I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to ComForCare. You have been supportive and caring in accommodating the needs of my brother, Brian. We were at a loss when we first needed to find services for him three years ago. Your agency was extremely helpful to us through that difficult transition in his life. Phyllis especially is so understanding and flexible when adjusting his caregivers and scheduling becomes necessary. I would highly recommend ComForCare and your qualified staff. Thank you again.

Feedback:

Fran TroyI wanted to write today specifically, because of the excellent care and caretaker coverage we have had over the past few years, for our brother, Brian. Even in bad weather circumstances, and in the past few weeks when he has not been feeling the best, Comforcare has been there for us.We have a great relationship with your staff, Phyllis and Tracey are available or call you back asap. They help us in many ways, letting us know if a new caretaker is coming, adjusting schedules when possible, and even just to talk about an issue that has come up. When we call in, the calls are answered politely and courteously. Thank you once again, to our friends at Comforcare!!!

Feedback:

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Phyllis Peterson and ComForCare for the wonderful care of my disabled brother since his stroke 3 years ago.Phyllis has been beneficial in seeing that he has caretakers, for his many approved hours needed, and we appreciate the care that they give him. I am not sure what we would do without their help in caring of him.

Feedback:

The reason for my rating at one star was because of the Scheduler Phyllis.I loved Tracey meeting with her our communication with each other and the orientation was fine and they purchased me lunch sent out nice emails up until that day I honestly thought everything was great until I met Phyllis.I had to keep correcting her how to say my name over 6 times then she acted as if she was doing me a favor with a schedule giving me a client that is hard to please then constantly says smart things and her attitude to me she seems quite racist the way she looks at you like she doesn’t want to talk to you, look you up and down and even said how you get that car GOD and from some of the things she said oh where you live North Philadelphia no I don’t Greater Northeast thank you and do you have a lot of kids no only 2 like how professional are you cause I can give you work like that’s not what you say to people at all. After thinking about her attitude I knew this wasn’t going to be good for me,she called me early the next morning leaving nasty messages on my machine like I don’t know why your not answering that’s soooooo unprofessional to talk like that. She doesn’t work well with the public at all.She looks down upon people and has a very smart mouth and can say somethingthat can offend someone the wrong way cause that’s not how you talk. Then they had the door closed and when it was cracked and I peeped I saw a black dog walking around this isn’t your home this is a business.

Feedback:

The worst company in my experience. I applied for a job at Comforcare to which I went through with the application process under the guidance of a recruiter named Tracy. She told me that the position applied paid a range of $10_$12. I told Tracy that I was coming in with extensive experience, and that I would expect a $12 per hour pay. Mind you the company does not offer any 401k, or any type of health benefits. I solely went through with the process in anticipation that I would be paid the $12 per hour. Long story short, after a 3 hour orientation on a cold Thursday morning, I was told that the payrate for the case assigned would only be $10.40. This was after undergoing drug test and all other prescreening requirements.Don't forget, they don't offer any tea or even coffee for those three hours, not even a drop of drinking water!!!!I declined the job instantly as I was not going to settle for the little pay with no benefits. My main issue is not even the little pay as I would have not wasted my time training for the 3 hours had I known the payrate was as little. It's the lack of transparency. Then I thought they paid for the time spent on training/orientation, turns out they don't.My take; this company has no regard for their employees. I would advise anyone applying to work there to make sure they know what they are getting themselves into. I have never experienced such lack of compassion from an employer from the get go. So pathetic!

Feedback:

I’m only putting one star because it didn’t give me an option for 0 stars this place is absolutely horrible!! Stay far away from them!! We had a terrible experience with most of the girls taking advantage of my grandmother. When I sent everything in a email they showed the girls what I wrote! Let them listen to voice mail. Took advantage of my grandma one of the girls took advantaged my grandma and took 300 dollars to get her car fixed!!! This place is a joke I would never in all my years alive ever recommend this place to anyone!! Stay clear girls leaving at wrong times and showing up late or not at all the list goes on and on a very upsetting ordeal to say the least
