My laptop (a Mac Book Pro) met with an accident involving some water a few weeks back. I was panicked and took it straight to the Mac Store who were less than helpful about data recovery which was one of my main concerns.Comp-Pros called me within a couple of hours to let me know what the damage was, and the state of my data. Repairs were seen to promptly, despite a slight hitch with a part that they sent for, but was in fact faulty. They rang me directly and made the decision NOT to install an unsatisfactory piece of hardware, but to reorder with another company. Very professional service. My laptop arrived and a follow-up email to check everything was to my satisfaction. Great quality service! Thank-you.
