Thank you, Guy, for the years of excellent service you have provided me, especially before I retired @ AgPreference in charge of IT. You ALWAYS came through with whatever I needed; repairs, HD crashes, extracting data, boot-up sector repair-I could go on. I especially appreciate your integrity on when to "call it quits" on a computer and move on, as you most recently did on my personal computer, and always at a reasonable cost. Thanks, Guy, the new one is up and running, and very fast!!!

worst computer repair store in the world. The techs have 0 costumer service and are incompetent. They overcharge and have no idea what they are doing. Then there's the actual office; it's a mess. There are literally babies crawling around on the floor, with baby stuff everywhere, the reps/techs walking around in socks, someone sleeping on a couch while feeding a baby, the list goes on. The worst experience i have ever had, and i still didn't get what i paid for.Ur response is completely false. You had the machine for over 2 weeks and without any updates I called and asked what was going on. You said the mounting hardware I needed was out of stock and was not sure when it would come back in. Having not presented me with any options, I suggested a new case because that would solve the other problems I was having as well. I presented the option, not you, the so-called professionals. And not all of the computer is that old, as I expressed in the parts we had already upgraded, which is why we only needed certain components. And I hardly dealt with Guy, I was always referred to Ashton, because "he was the tech working on that computer." If Guy was the one doing everything, then he should have been the one I was talking to. Also, there is no evidence you can provide me that you consulted me about anything, because you did not. The side of the case was bulging when I brought it home because everything was crammed in there so tight. I had to go back twice because of hardware you didn't give back. And the one component you said was broken works completely fine, you guys never put the clip back on, as was evident when I had to drive back to pick it up. Maybe you are used to people not asking questions about what they are purchasing, but I am allowed to express my displeasure. I tried being civil over the phone, until Guy came at me about my post.
