Carrollton KY rent a center is the worst place to ever rent or buy anything from! We bought a couch set from them that was to be new but instead what we got was 💯S an 💯S of bed bugs! The shop they have is covered in bed bugs there for so everything else they have there to try to sell u! They won't do anything bout this problem just for us to bring back our stuff an they will sell it to someone else!

This is the most unorganized place ever and they have the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen!! I had an account thru them and set it up on auto pay multiple times thru the store. They proceeded to write down my card info on a piece of paper and apparently used it at their own convenience. I will NEVER buy from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone!!!!

Bought a cell phone, paid $100, rather than apply it to the total and move the due date, they called a week later and said I was late on my payment. made the final payment, and they charged me for an additional week. I had to call the corporate office to get a refund. Called again after that fiasco to make a payment for cell phone service, they bungled that as well, and my phone was shut off until they realized they screwed up. Will not get ANYTHING from this location EVER again!!!! also, the furniture comes with free roaches! I sat on a couch while my man was doing the paperwork, and one crawled out. I jumped up and damn near screamed. the woman laughed and said, oh yeah, when we had to go pick up some furniture, the house was infested, we haven't been able to get rid of them.
