Was great to deal with until I was informed wrong and now am out A LOT of money because instead of giving my money back, decided to keep it, and claimed that I could either continue paying on the computer or owe them over $200 more for a “Restocking fee” that I never agreed to or was presented paperwork for. The owner himself was on the phone screaming at me, and bashing my intelligence and credibility. What a joke of a company!

I just bought a laptop from that place it works perfectly however, I just checked on walmart for that same laptop and it was way cheaper. Becareful they will try their best to rip you off every single penny.I would suggest that if it your laptop is broken look through other options and if it beyond repair don't buy it off them rather go to walmart where you know most of their product come straight from the manufectures, in which reduces the prices, instead of going through the third middle man.Never put your trust in people trying to offer you services instead trust your analytical skills to help you get through.

Didn't complete the work at the rate first given. The job was more difficult than expected! "I was told since I was unwilling to pay more it was not completed" I felt sad and like the first-rate given should have been honored. But, I took my computer home and put the rest back together. I always look for the good in things so, I have to say the work that was done, was good and I'm grateful for that.
